Contivio is seeking a seasoned, hands-on sales and business development “rainmaker” with the ability to assess market opportunities, generate leads, penetrate new accounts, evangelize business partners and achieve aggressive sales targets through the introduction of our best-in-class contact center solution to a growing partner network and customer base.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in engaging “C” level executives to evangelize Contivio’s Contact Center in the Cloud and Contivio Angels solutions and articulate differentiated offerings that will enable rapid partner and customer acquisition. You’ll establish senior level relationships, construct ROI’s, present use cases, manage partner channel growth, develop marketing plans to penetrate accounts and win on-going contracts. You’ll partner with Professional Services to ensure that our solution exceeds our partners’ and clients’ expectations, and develop deep and lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business executives and business partner principals.
  • Identifying major sales targets and execute on a customized target account selling approach on each.
  • Proactively communicating benefits of Contivio’s products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Coordinating the assembly of necessary resources to professionally respond to potential new business opportunities.
  • Closing deals with new business partners and clients.
  • Analyzing and monitoring client expectations and recommending changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction.
  •  Identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Performing cost/benefit analysis of potential sales to determine balance between client’s needs and Contivio’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  •  Degree required
  • 5-10 years of proven sales success selling CRM and/or contact center solutions (business process and/or applications).
  •  Depth of experience with understanding of organizational structures and decision making hierarchies within the financial and insurance customers.
  •  Proven ability to sell value by demonstrating the value produced and selling such value at reasonable margins
  • C-level contacts in existing contact center clients, CRM vendors and/or VoIP services organizations.
  • Proven ability to generate own leads.
  • Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform prospects into client contracts.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate into professional sales presentations. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of client and company management.
  • Proven ability to present periodic business reviews and results that lead to client retention and expansion.
  • Comfort with technology and tendencies towards innovation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, customer service and research.
  •  Knowledge of the telecommunications/information systems industries and contact center operations strongly desired.
  •  Self starter
