Contivio is seeking a seasoned, pragmatic senior professional services consultant to support our growing partner channel and sales team. In this role you will be responsible for the technical integrity of our customers’ deployments via your support and training of our partner network. You will be the technical evangelist of our best-in-class product offering, support our in-house and partner sales executives and be the liaison between the customer and our tier two and three support teams.
Contivio’s distribution strategy is to scale via a partner network. The set-up and installation of the product (including integration to third party systems) has been designed so that all configurations can be completed via a series of menus and wizards i.e. no coding is required, even for complex routing and scheduling policies. As such, you will be able to focus your efforts on ensuring Contivio is delivered to meet the clients business needs versus time consuming and tedious technical configurations.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales representatives to assist with technical presales requirements
- Mentor technical team
- Create system requirements and project implementation plans for clients
- Work with partners and clients to verify implementation readiness
- Design client call center topology and configuration
- Installation and testing of call center setup
- Maintain Contivio’s United States in cloud system
- Troubleshooting of call center application and network
- Modifications of call center topology to meet client requirements
- Training and competency readiness for business partner network
Position Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in implementing and supporting contact center or office telephony solutions including IVR, ACD, PBX, etc.
- 2-4 years experience in Voice over IP (SIP)
- Experience in networks (IP and Telco), data, access, firewalls, NAT, QoS.
- Experience in using network tools such as ping, trace route and wireshark.
- Experience in computer systems administration including windows 2003, XP desktop and Linux Hands on knowledge of routing and switching
- Hands on knowledge of network protocols including SIP, RTP, STUN, HTTP and TCP/IP
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and efficient time management skills
- Proven documentation and communication skills
