Two parts: a per-seat monthly license — $20/user for a PBX (business phone) seat and $79–$99/user for a full Contact Center seat, lower as your seat count grows — plus pay-as-you-go telecom for exactly what you use. You pay only for the seats you assign and the usage you run, and you can mix seat types so a back-office phone line doesn't cost the same as a front-line agent. Every Contact Center seat includes the entire platform.
Will I need to replace my CRM or ERP?
No. Contivio sits on top of the systems you already run and makes them work harder — it doesn't replace them. Customer interactions flow into your existing CRM and ERP, so there's no rip-and-replace and no disruption to the systems your business depends on.
