How we use your information
This privacy notice tells you how, will collect limited personal data for the purpose of providing your business with a Contact Centre Solution. Data collected prior to service contractual agreement will include business name, location, enquiring person contact details, nature of the enquiry and if the enquiry is via our website, the IP address of the enquirer’s browser.

With regards to Contivio customers, our All-in-one Contact Centre Solution will only collect and store contact (such as voice call, chat, etc.) date and time, duration, conversing parties identifiers (phone number or email address), data added by your staff to the contact record such as call disposition and notes and optionally conversation recordings and voicemails. A formal process is in place for the customer to request the removal of these at any time. Contivio staff will not access these recordings or voice mails without the permission of the customer and for the sole purpose of aiding the customer with a resolution of an issue.

Contivio is certified to ISO 27001 standards for information security. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

If there is an illegal access to our customer’s data then the customer and the relevant authorities will be notified of this breach.


Why does need to collect and store personal data?
In order for us to provide your business with a communication system including telephony and multi-media Contact Centre we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and/or detailed service provision and usage.
